Shipping & Returns

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above USD 100. All are processed and shipped with 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery time are within 7-15 working days for Singapore & Malaysia, 12-25 working days for international orders once you have received a confirmation email from us with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped from Monday - Friday 9am - 10pm UTC , excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays

Tracking Orders
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

Return & Exchanges

• Return request must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.
• Item(s) to be returned must be in its original condition, unworn/unused.
• Colors may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. We reserve the right to refuse orders, and to make amendments to product information and prices without prior notice.
• Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcels reach us. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
• Customers can choose a refund in credit term or cash upon preference.
• All items must be sent back within 3 working days and reach us within 15 working days upon approval by our Return Department.
• All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
